A little about me… I love, love, love all things retro (particularly 1950s/1960s) vintage. Children’s books and toys from those eras are my absolute favorite. I adore the illustrations and colors and graphic design from those eras. I love to make junk journals using vintage children’s book covers and vintage sewing pattern envelopes for my covers and filling them with all sorts of vintage book pages and ephemera.
I didn’t start seriously crafting until I was 44 years old. I loved arts and crafts as a kid, but as an adult I could never seem to find time to create, especially once I had kids! But, one day I realized that I didn’t want to get to 90 years old and regret that I hadn’t done the things that were on my heart to do, so I just STARTED. And now it’s my passion to encourage other women who are waiting, hesitating, not feeling “good enough,” to just START. I never dreamed I would have a business selling my handmade items and connecting with others who love vintage as much as I do. If I hadn’t taken that first step, I wouldn’t have this creative life I love so much. I would love to help you take that first step if you are waiting, like I once was! Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to introduce yourself!
